CNC Turner Responsibilities

Set and operate Doosan CNC mill-turn lathes, particularly with Fanuc controls.
Manufacture components with precision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards.
Program CNC machines manually, conversationally, and offline using CAM software
Inspect your own work, performing visual and documented checks to ensure adherence to ISO9001 standards.
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient production processes and meet business goals.CNC Turner Experience

Strong knowledge of setting and operating CNC mill-turn lathes, with experience using Fanuc controls.
Ability to program CNC machines both manually and offline using CAM software; Fusion 360 experience is a plus.
Recognised apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a precision engineering environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing quality work.
