Red Recruitment is recruiting an Administrator in Nailsea to join our client, a joint venture company that manages all non-operational customer enquiries.
This is a full-time, temporary position and the hourly rate is £12.50 per hour.
You should have great communication skills and preferably have a background in customer service.
Benefits and Package for an Administrator:
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week
Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 4.45pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.15pm
Contract Type: Temporary
Location: Nailsea
Start date: ASAP
Possibility to go permanent after 8 weeks based on performanceKey Responsibilities of an Administrator:
Accurately and efficiently maintaining customer and billing details
Replying to written, email and telephone queries
Making financial and non-financial adjustments to accounts
Providing first class customer service
Raising operational and meter reading requests
Supporting the team to achieve team and department SLA's
Liaising with parent companies where necessary
Working towards targetsKey Skills and Experience of an Administrator:
Excellent written and communication skills is required
A customer service background is preferred
A positive and flexible can-do approach is required
The ability to build rapport, tailoring communication to audience
You should have the ability to use own initiative
Excellent attention to detail in a high volume work environment is required
