My client is seeking a Junior Sales Consultant to join their Sales team based in Addlestone. Reporting to the Sales Manager and Sale Director, the Junior Sales Consultant will:

* Sell properties & additional services at the agreed targets

* Ensure personal compliance with all legal, technical and administrative systems

* Understand the company values and implement them positively each day

* Attract vendors and applicants

* Ensure high quality customer care at all times

* Qualify applicants and potential vendors to company standards

* Generate viewings and offers

* Negotiate offers to agreed deals

* Achieve personal and individual activity targets

* Achieve personal and individual activity targets

* Generate listing opportunities

* Collate own and daily, weekly and monthly figures to highlight performance

* Implement branch plan with branch manager in line with the group strategic plan

* Conduct marketing review calls in line with company standards

Working hours are Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 18:30pm, Friday - 8:30am to 18:00pm
Every other Saturday - 9:00am to 17:00pm
