Duties:

Ensure provision of food and beverages to the highest standard
To prepare menu items in accordance with organisational requirements
Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment
Follow all H&S procedures
Monitor food costs and inventory

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3

Food safety certificate level 2
