The Role:

As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will be a key part of our leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting our care team and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling & Coordination – Managing care rotas, ensuring shifts are covered efficiently

Quality & Compliance – Ensuring services meet CQC standards and company policies

Team Support – Supervising and mentoring care staff, promoting a positive work culture

Client Engagement – Building strong relationships with clients and families to ensure excellent care delivery

Growth & Development – Supporting business expansion and preparing for a future Registered Manager role

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience as a Care Coordinator (home care experience preferred)

✅ Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
