HR Implementation Manager / Resource Manager

About the Role

As an HR Implementation Manager, you will play a vital role in optimising the allocation of interim resources across the organisation. We are seeking an individual with strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative team approach, a proactive mindset, and the ability to consistently deliver projects on time and to high standards.

This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in HR, contracts, and procurement, along with strong stakeholder management and project management skills. While experience with system thinking is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.

- **Project Management**: Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects in both in-person and virtual team environments, focusing on time, cost, quality, and value for money.
