Are you a Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN) looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking a Clinical Lead to join their dedicated team in a beautiful nursing home. This comes with a salary up to £24.17 an hour (£56,000 a year) and other excellent benefits.

As a Clinical Lead, you will:
Lead and supervise a team of care workers.
Conduct regular supervision sessions in line with company policies.
Perform staff appraisals according to company procedures.
Mentor, coach, and develop junior staff.
Provide specialist nursing support and advice.
Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence.
Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic care.

Annual salary ranging from £53,000 to £56,000.

The ideal Clinical Lead candidate will be a Registered Nuse, have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge, advocate and deliver person-centred care and have experience working in a care home environment.
