Job description - the role

AMS is the world's leading provider of Talent Acquisition and Management Services. Our contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service acts as an extension of our clients' recruitment team and provides professional interim and temporary resources. We partner with Arup to support contingent recruitment processes. On behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Team Coordinator for a 12-month contract based in Leeds, hybrid working - 2 days per week on site.

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Team Coordinator to provide robust and proactive support to all team members, including the Office Leader for Leeds. This pivotal role within our dynamic team will significantly enhance our operations and client engagement.

In this role you will:

Collaborate with the team in project administrative activities in line with client needs and will include high-profile project work and routine administrative tasks.
Manage project tasks, including spreadsheets, invoicing, meeting room bookings, AV setup.
Assist the team and team leaders with diary management. Proactively gathering relevant details, booking meeting rooms and proactively liaising with relevant teams to organise AV requirements and refreshments required.
Attend meetings, minute-taking and action-tracking throughout.
Be the 'go-to' person, you will support team leaders and colleagues, enabling them to produce high-quality deliverables and ensure smooth operations.
Assist the team with any administrative tasks that need doing, such as, bookings, expenses, invoices.
Preparing any documentation for internal and external purposes.Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Strong diary management experience.
Excellent administrative experience.
Attention to detail.
