Service Technician - Main Dealer, Wolverhampton

Salary: £27,000 to £31,000 basic, OTE over £35,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, 1 in 3 weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles to manufacturer standards.
Ensure all work is completed within scheduled timescales while maintaining high-quality standards.
Carry out vehicle health checks and accurately record findings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technical information and recalls from the manufacturer.
Communicate effectively with the service team and customers regarding any additional work required.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
Experience working within a Main Dealer or similar fast-paced environment.
A proactive and professional approach to customer service.
