I am recruiting a Registered Nursing Home Manager for an amazing luxury Nursing Home located in St Albans. As a Registered Nursing Home Manager, you will take full ownership of your home, serving as the Registered Manager with CQC. Your home's current rating of Good or Outstanding by CQC reflects your exceptional leadership abilities. In this role, your decisions will significantly impact residents and their families.

Roles and responsibilities for a Registered Nursing Home Manager:

• Ensure that the nursing home meets and maintains the CQC requirements
• Ensure all records and documentation are up to date
• Oversee the day to day running of the home
• Take pride in ensuring that the care home is a safe environment for the residents, families and staff
• Supervise the staff and ensure they have up to date training and are able to deliver the highest quality of care possible.

To be considered for this Registered Nursing Home Manager role you must:

• Have at least 2 years previous experience in a Registered Nursing Home Manager role
• You will have extensive dementia care experience
• Be able to deliver the highest quality of care
• Strong CQC knowledge
• Be able to make important decisions
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be a strong leader
• Must have a NVQ Level 5 qualification or equivalent
