MDE are seeking a CNC Programmer - Milling, for a high-precision subcon manufacturing SME in Coventry. If you're tired of bureaucracy, not having enough ownership, and seeking a place where you can enjoy your work, this client is the one for you.

The client:

A supplier of high-precision manufactured and remachined components to the Automotive sector.

With a shop floor of 8 people, a very friendly atmosphere, and a commitment to quality, this is a role perfect for a machinist who can Programme and Set, as well as operate multiple machines at a time.

You'll be editing at the machine, online programming, and have the opportunity to get to grips with their CADCAM package, Fusion360.

To thrive here, you'll want to manage the whole of the milling process, from drawing through to completion, and have a good idea of TS16949 requirements.

You:

Friendly, independent, and able to take ownership of a significant portion of their orderbook.

Heidenhain-proficient, conversational programming, and the ability to edit at the machine are a must.
