Office Administrator to work for a specialist subcontractor in a small, friendly office. To assist in the day-to-day activities involving administration, diary management, paperwork, IT liaison, PA and reception, working in a pleasant environment. £22,000 - £27,500. Orpington, Kent.
Duties:
* Working with the installation team
* Supporting Site Team with Admin requirements
* Supporting Site Team in liaising with IT support team remotely
* Liaising with customers/tenants regarding site visits and installations
* Completion of Site Timesheets
* Completion of Site Resource Trackers
* Document Management
* Ordering and Chasing Deliveries / Materials / Equipment for the sites
* Recording and Maintaining Accurate Records
* Work within Health and Safety at work act of 1974 always, and in all working areas.
* Perform any reasonable management instruction within time frame requested.
Experience / Skills / Qualifications required:
* Preferably previous administration experience in the construction industry.
* Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc)
* Excellent CommunicationsSkills both verbal and written.
* GCSE Maths and English
* Desirable: Qualification in Business Administration
