Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a global design and develop technology business that have 15 years experience within the immersive space sector. This full-time, permanent Project Manager role offers hybrid working with a base at the businesses head office in South Shropshire with opportunity to travel to other sites such as New York, Toronto, Melbourne and London. The role comes with a salary of 50-55k plus excellent benefits. 

As a Project Manager you will be the primary point of contact for organisers and clients, responsible for the flawless delivery of projects from enquiry through to final delivery. Project Managers tend to be on-site to ensure events run smoothly and are able to respond to any client's needs whilst gathering specifications and requirements to best deploy the assigned projects.

In your first few weeks in this Project Manager role, you can expect to:

Working with the sales team to produce accurate cost estimates 
Create project plans/timelines and be responsible for the management of internal and external resources against this plan 
Hiring of sub-contractor staff in advance as per the work breakdown and project budget
Successfully deliver projects on time and on budget, exceeding margins where possible  
Continually developing system and process improvements internally and with the supply chain to improve efficiency, profitability and client experience

Essentials:

Extensive Project Management experience 5 year +
Project management within a design to install background 
Full Clean Driving License
Providing technical support to clients, coordinating crew and equipment as needed.
Desirable:

Project management experience within an audio visual integrator
Basic knowledge of Visio or AutoCAD
Knowledge of LED, Video, Audio, IT, Lighting is a plus

In return for your dedication, collaboration and commitment, you'll receive a generous salary of £50,000 to £55,000 per annum, Hybrid working and be joining a welcoming and inclusive culture.
