Reporting to the Group Head of Pre-Construction Director & Estimation

Based from the office outside West London you will be handling tenders worth £40-100 Million. This employer has a superb reputation for repeat clients and treating the supply chain well

The role & what you will be doing

* Sat in the Head office within within the Senior Management Team

* Occasional travel needed to client face

* Full responsibility for tender submissions – Running the tender pulling all aspects together from price & technical

* Happy to roll the sleeves up and get into the detail across all elements

We are seeking the following :

* Happy to be based in the Head Office

* Must be based in a sensible daily commute

* 10 Years Pricing Experience (Minimum)

* Clear exposure as an Estimation Manager, Lead Estimator or Principal Estimator

* Confidence and commercial awareness to present to a client if needed

* Technically able to protect your bid submission in price & program internally

* Due to the hands on nature you will be as comfortable on the Buildings & Civil Engineering elements of the tender
