Randstad is working with a leading contractor delivering water treatment projects within the Wessex Water Framework looking for an experienced M&E Project Manager to take charge of key projects. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the successful delivery of essential infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.

The Role

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of M&E works across multiple water treatment sites.

Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Ensure compliance with Wessex Water specifications and industry standards, with a strong focus on health & safety.

Work closely with design, commercial, and operational teams to drive project success.

Provide technical leadership, problem-solving, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience managing M&E projects in the water sector.

A background in delivering projects within a regulated environment, ideally under an AMP framework.

Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in a water treatment setting.

Relevant qualifications in engineering, project management, or a related field.
