Fabric Technician

Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00

Salary - up to £35,000

We have an opportunity to work as a Fabric Technician to be based out of one of the most recognized and visited buildings in London working in a team of Fabric Engineers providing on-site building maintenance.

It is expected that the candidate is able to carry out most basic handyperson duties within a commercial environment and has previous experience with the FM industry or similar environments.

* Basic Plumbing

* Basic Electrics

* Basic Carpentry

* Lamp changing

* Take Tap Temperatures

* Flushing

* Planned preventative maintenance

* Reactive maintenance

* Plant Room Checks

* Assist other engineers onsite as required

* Painting & Decorating

* Tiling
