A great opportunity for an experienced Section Engineer to join one of the regions busiest contractors on a freelance basis. As Section Engineer you will be part of a driven team on a marine bias scheme in the Somerset area.

As a Section Engineer you will:

* Be responsible for delivering schemes inception to handover.

* Contribute to the day-to-day operations on site, including labour/plant/materials allocation, temporary works, health and safety.

* Ensure that projects are completed within budget, within programme deadlines and to our clients’ technical specifications.

* Liaise regularly with Site Agents, providing programme and progress reports.

Our client requires a Section Engineer with:

* ONC/HNC/Degree or in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

* Knowledge and experience within offshore operations, including dredging, lifting offshore, and documentation

* SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS Managers card.

Salary/Benefits:

* £400 - £450 PAYE
