Benefits

* Basic salary range of £32500 to £43000 per year, dependent on experience

* Up to £10,925 in additional commission targets (in addition to basic salary)

* Fixed working hours (08:30-18:00 (weekdays), 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with a day back in lieu))

What You'll Be Doing

* Managing a team of property managers, to oversee our portfolio across Dulwich and Streatham

* Leading daily meetings with the Property Management team

* Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)

* Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

* Property inspections

* Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals

* Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties

* Deposit returns

* Resolving rental arrears and processing eviction requests

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

* Managing complaints

Required Skills and Abilities

* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings

* Creates and encourages a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment

* Develop your team, to advance their careers

* Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation

* Outstanding customer service

* Basic IT skills
