Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for interiors and customer service? Simon Acres Group partnered with one of the leading Plumbers Merchant and are seeking an experienced Bathroom Showroom Manager to lead our showroom team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

*

Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.

*

Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on bathroom products and design solutions.

*

Manage stock levels, liaising with suppliers to ensure product availability.

*

Develop and implement strategies to drive footfall, enhance the showroom's performance, and grow revenue.

*

Maintain the highest standards of presentation, ensuring displays are regularly updated to reflect trends and new product launches.

*

Process orders, track deliveries, and ensure seamless after-sales service.

What We’re Looking For:

*

Previous experience in managing a showroom, preferably within the bathroom, kitchen, or interiors industry.

*

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.

*

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

*

A keen eye for design and a passion for helping customers create their dream bathrooms.

*

Ability to manage stock, handle supplier relationships, and oversee operations efficiently.

*

IT literacy, with experience using CRM systems and order processing software being an advantage.
