The client, one of the largest independent firms of Commercial Property Consultants, is looking for a Town Planner to join the team. They specialise in a range of projects from urban regeneration and commercial developments to heritage-led schemes and rural planning!

The Position as a Town Planner

Providing expert planning advice on a variety of projects, including heritage and conservation developments.
Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and environmental assessments.
Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities, ensuring clear and professional communication at every stage.
Contributing to strategic planning initiatives and identifying opportunities for development and growth.
Mentoring junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience.What is on offer for a Town Planner

RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
MRTPI
Previous relevant experience.
A proven track record managing caseloads for different planning applications
Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
