Child in Care Team as a Locum Children's Social Worker - £35 per hour
Bradford Child in Care team is seeking a dedicated Locum Children's Social Worker to provide vital support and advocacy for children in care, ensuring they receive the care, stability, and opportunities they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of children in care, advocating for their safety, wellbeing, and long-term development
Build trusting relationships with children, families, and caregivers
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Complete thorough assessments and regularly review the progress and needs of each child
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
Minimum 3 years post qualified experience statutory children's social work, including Child In Care experience
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable children
