The Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and develop your team to achieve exceptional service standards.
Manage day-to-day operations, including staff rotas, stock management, and health & safety compliance.
Monitor and improve restaurant performance by analysing key metrics and implementing improvements.
Work collaboratively with the garden centre team to align with group standards and goals.
