Job Title: Temporary Receptionist
Location: Cromac Place, Belfast, BT7
Pay Rate: £12.00 - £12.50 per hour

We are seeking a professional and friendly Temporary Receptionist to manage our front desk. This role requires a well-presented individual who can provide a warm welcome to guests, handle basic administrative tasks, and assist with hospitality services.

Duties (not limited to):

A professional 'face' to visitors, signing in guests and directing to meeting rooms
Basic use of Outlook to book and check meeting room availability
Helping to serve teas & coffees to visitorsExpectations:

Dress code is smart and professional.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain confidentiality of visiting clients.This is a temp ad hoc role between the hours of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
