We are delighted to be recruiting for one of Basingstoke's most well known brands, a global leading company who are looking for a

German speaking, Sales and Service Executive

To join their excellent team, based at their HQ in Basingstoke, supporting their customers in Germany, improving the effectiveness of sales and service. Working in a highly collaborative team environment.

Duties involve:

Providing sales and service support
Processing a wide variety of calls
Maximising upsell opportunities on inbound customer service phone calls.
Utilising a CRM system to record, track and manage all customer interactions.
Developing customer relationships Desired skills include

Fluency in both written and spoken German with strong English language skills
Previous customer service experience, preferably with account management or upselling experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and listening skills
Strong IT literacy and good attention to detailThis role will be to start asap , its a hybrid opportunity and has bonus earning potential. Company benefits are very competitive and include staff discount and excellent holiday entitlement
