We are a group of three highly-rated nursing homes, all within a ten-minute walk from each other, dedicated to providing exceptional care for dementia and elderly residents. Our homes boast excellent ratings and CQC reports, reflecting our commitment to quality care.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our three nursing homes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and will be willing to muck in when needed. This role involves supporting and developing our registered managers to ensure we continue to provide outstanding care and maintain our excellent ratings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of three nursing homes.
• Support and mentor registered managers to enhance their leadership and management skills.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards in line with CQC guidelines.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality and operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Engage with residents, families, and staff to ensure a high level of satisfaction and care.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or nursing home sector.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and supportively with a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility and willingness to be hands-on when necessary.
