Our client is a well-established, growing law firm seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal based in Milton Keynes on a full-time permanent basis. 

Summary of the Commercial Property Paralegal role

Salary: £30,000
Location: Milton Keynes - minimum 3 days in the office
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday

Our client has several offices and teams catering to different law specialities, from family law to wills and probates.

Disclaimer: This role would not be suitable for someone looking at an opportunity to grow into a Solicitor position as this role does not offer a route to a Solicitor.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Paralegal

Advise on new leases and lease renewals.
Draft both new leases and lease renewals.
Negotiate on leases.
Develop contacts for the team and the firm.
Prepare contract documentation.
Requirements for a successful Commercial Property Paralegal

Professional Legal qualification or working towards.
Substantial Commercial Property experience.
Strong working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law including commercial leases.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with confidence communicating at senior level.
Strong negotiation skills.
Well organised with excellent time management. 
Strong IT and document management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
