To join our midlands based team we are looking for a Field Based engineer who specialises in Unified Comms and Telephony.

Field Based Telecoms Engineer

Field Based around the Staffordshire/Birmingham/Leicester/Derby area.

£35,000-£40,000

Company Van/Allowance.

9:00am-5:00pm Monday – Friday

20 days holiday + banks

The Role:

You will be responsible being the face of the company, going out and completing VoIP/Telephony,Wi-fi and Broadband Installs and Maintenece
Provide excellent customer service as you will be the voice of the company
Log tickets in the support system and escalate relevant issues when appropriate
Being proactive in your approach to system alerts and general activities.
Required skills and experience:

Experience in a field engineering role, preferably for an MSP.
Knowledge of installing VOIP telephony – mainly 3CX is preferred.
Experience in Wifi installation, routers and switches
Understanding of general Wi-FI/Broadband faults.
