Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Cumbria

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (9k car allowance)

Working Pattern: Full Time (Onsite 4/5 days per week)

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new opportunity as an HR Business Partner? We are currently recruiting for a prestigious manufacturing organisation based in Cumbria. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Trade Union and Manufacturing experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced HR team.

Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner and advisor to the organisation's management team, providing guidance on HR processes, policies, and practises
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organisation's goals and objectives
Partner with the business to lead on employee relations matters, including complex case management and Trade Union negotiations
Support the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains top talent
Provide coaching and support to managers on a variety of HR-related topics
Drive organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and management
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practises, ensuring compliance across the organisationRequirements:

Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge and understanding of Trade Union and employee relations
Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of complex ER cases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Proactive and forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to drive change and deliver results
