They are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef/Cook with experience in preparing Caribbean cuisine. If you have a flair for Caribbean flavors and a dedication to delivering top-quality food, they’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Caribbean dishes, including jerk chicken, curry goat, rice and peas, and more.
•⁠ Ensure all food is prepared to high standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
•⁠ Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, portion control, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
•⁠ Monitor stock levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
•⁠ Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the kitchen is compliant with food hygiene standards.
•⁠ Assist with menu development and contribute creative input for seasonal or special items.
•⁠ Support the front-of-house team during busy periods when needed.

Requirements:
•⁠ Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, ideally with Caribbean cuisine.
•⁠ Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
•⁠ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of orders.
•⁠ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•⁠ Passion for delivering high-quality food consistently.
