About the Impact Academy

The Impact Academy provides a hands-on, comprehensive training programme that will equip you with everything you need to excel as a Recruitment Consultant.

Your Responsibilities

During your first year, you'll:

* Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent positions.
* Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.
* Work with our expert sales teams to increase candidate placements.
* Meet weekly targets and KPIs, agreed with your manager.
* Earn commission from your contributions and success every step of the way.

Support and Mentorship

You'll receive full support as you progress, with guidance from your team manager, our market-leading training team, and a dedicated mentor. You'll be working alongside some of the most successful recruitment consultants in the Education sector.

Graduation and Beyond

After completing your first year, you'll move onto a specialised Sales Desk. We don't believe in a 'sink-or-swim' approach - instead, you'll receive advanced training in:
