M&E Project Manager Opportunity - Tier 1 MEP Contractor - Major Projects In Manchester

MK Search are currently working with a £150m turnover MEP contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced M&E Project Manager for multiple live projects in Manchester. They are specialists in the commercial, life sciences, data centre and industrial markets.

You will be joining a £20m M&E value distribution centre in the heart of Manchester as the M&E Lead reporting into the Operations Manager for the region, you will already have an existing team of experienced M&E professionals to manage who will also provice support on your weaker bias and assist with the delivery of the project.

Requirements:

* Experience in a similar role with proven experience managing both mechanical and electrical packages.

* Experience delivering similar sized projects (£10m-£20m+)

* Commercial awareness

* Strong communication and people skills

* SMSTS/SSSTS/CSCS Black Card

* Full UK Driving License

The company in question have a variety of projects upcoming across the UK and in the South, presently they have an order book stretching to 2030 and beyond.
