The Customer Intelligence and Experience (CIX) team mission is to put the customer at the heart of the business through personalized customer experiences across total eco system, fuelled by data, analytics and predictive modelling informing customer and business strategy.
The Data Strategy team is the vital part of CIX organization driving end to end data and technology capabilities to enable best in class customer centric marketing.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our Data Strategy team. Reporting into Senior Manager of Data Strategy, this role is responsible for helping the CDP migration and support data and technology requirements necessary for our marketing data strategy.
Duties
• Become key member of Data Strategy team and drive data management, validation, quality and analysis
• Support the EMEA Customer Data Platform (CDP) migration project, including data auditing, user acceptance testing (UAT), campaign migration, and reporting.
• Ensure data validation, accuracy, and quality by developing an intimate knowledge of the data dictionary and data feeds and serve as a key contact for data landscape and integration queries.
• Support ongoing testing and validation of the new CDP platform.
• Define and monitor KPIs to maintain data quality and marketing insights.
• Define data governance frameworks to ensure that data is flowing correctly, as scheduled, and errors are flagged instantly.
• Oversee management of customer data, including data capture, storage, and analysis.
• Manage key CRM reports including Database Health and Acquisition Reporting.
• Manage data processes for new initiatives and projects, to ensure that the implementation meets our requirements and there is a robust UAT process in place.
• QA our data regularly, flag issues and work with internal and external stakeholders to develop fixes
Skills
• Experience in data management and validation with strong understanding of marketing data governance principles and practices.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and other marketing technology solutions is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fully fluent in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• SQL or another database language
• R or Python desired
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and data platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of AI and ML platforms desired (e.g. Dataiku)
