Experienced No1 Site Manager required to construct a new build food processing Factory, for a national contractor over 27 weeks.

Project is a Shell only extension. Circa 27 week programme of works, Substantial ground works element, Piled foundations, ground beams, Steel frame, Concrete deck roofs, White wall cladding with feature cladding façade.

Tier 1 contractor working within the commercial and industrial sectors across Dorset and surrounding areas.

Requirements including certificates and qualifications:

Candidates must have worked on steel frame projects in the past and be able to display hands on approach and previously led as a no1 reporting into a visiting contracts manager.

Candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and 3 day First Aid.

Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK
