Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Lock Manufacturer to recruit for a Trainee Masterkey Advisor

This role is will come with full Masterkey training but anyone from a Lock / Locking background or a Door Hardware manufacturer would have an advantage.

* Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours

* Salary £24,5000

For this position the ideal candidate will need to possess.

Good Maths skills – GCSE level

Strong excel skills

Previous customer service skills

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop Masterkey suites, allocation and calculation to customer orders..

* Transferring customer orders into product codes

* Process all orders

* Customer enquiries / queries.

* Maintain records (both electronic and manual) ensuring these are both up to date and in good order
