We are delighted to be working with a well-established and reputable family business in Moreton-in-Marsh who are looking to recruit an Administrator on a part time, temporary basis to ensure a smooth running of the office with a small, busy team.
As the Procurement Administrator, you will be working 2/3 days a week in a temporary contract for 6 -12 weeks.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Chasing orders and PO numbers
. Booking transport
. Supporting the Procurement Team within general administration
. Speaking with clients and suppliers over the phone and email
The ideal candidate will have:
. Experience in administration
. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
. Experience within buy beneficial, but essential
