We’re looking for a Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales to join our clent's team. – ideally in manned guarding – to drive new business and build strong client partnerships.

? What You’ll Be Doing:

Identifying & securing high-value security contracts

Managing the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal close

*

Building long-term client relationships across key sectors

*

Leading proposal & tender submissions

*

Collaborating with ops, bids & marketing to ensure seamless delivery

*

Reporting on performance using CRM tools

? What We’re Looking For:

B2B sales experience in security guarding sales

*

Strong communicator with a sharp commercial edge

*

Confident in closing deals & negotiating at all levels

*

Self-starter with a ‘hunter’ mindset

*

Full UK driving licence
