Tanker Mechanic Job Details
Basic Salary: £48,655pa
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday - 07:00-17:00
Location: Leicester
 
Van/Fuel Card and Tablet is provided

To maintain and repair to a measured quality standard, truck tankers and its customers own assets at customers sites. Training will be provided for the successful candidate.
 
Responsibilities of an Tanker Mechanic
·Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.

Skills and Qualifications of an Tanker Mechanic
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·HGV licence is an advantage
·Prior Tanker experience preferred
