Job title: Financial Controller

Pay range: £50,000

Omega is partnering with a fantastic company in the hospitality industry. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage financial reporting, ensure compliance with regulations, and guide financial strategy to support the company's growth

Key Responsibilities-Financial Controller

Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial stability.
Implement and maintain financial controls.
Collaborate on budget preparation and monitor performance.
Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
Liaise with external auditors and resolve any issues.
Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements-Financial Controller

Proven experience as a Financial Controller (2+ years preferred).
Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) advantageous but not mandatory
