Service Estimator 

Our client - a Global Automatic Door manufacturer is looking for an Estimator for the day to day role of quoting works and liaising with suppliers and clients on a daily basis.

The role will include

• Estimating and preparing SAP quotations from Engineers reports.

• Liaising with external suppliers/competitors to ascertain correct product details and up to date costs.

• Issuing of prepared quotations to clients with subsequent follow-up and progressing.

• Recording of quotation details within the national quotation database.

• Ensuring uniformity and accuracy of pricing nationally.

• Processing quote acceptance via our SAP system.

• Ordering parts from our head office and external suppliers.

• Receiving deliveries and processing as/when necessary.

• Liaising with other departments where required.

• General administrative duties as required to support the operation of the busy Service department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• The candidate must be flexible and have the ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels are essential.

• A good working knowledge of Word and Excel is essential, with SAP an advantage.

• Ability to problem solve, pro-active and driven

• Automatic door industry experience and knowledge would be advantageous.

Hours of work 8.30am - 5pm
