Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 PA DOE & Bonus

Hours: Full time - including Saturdays on a rota basis

The Role
As the Assistant Showroom Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience within a luxury environment. You will support the Showroom Manager in the day-to-day running of the showroom, while leading a team to meet sales targets, ensure excellent service, and maintain the high standards expected in this prestigious setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting in the management of the showroom, including staff supervision and scheduling

*

Delivering exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the purchasing process

*

Managing product displays and maintaining the overall aesthetic of the showroom

*

Supporting the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals

*

Developing and maintaining relationships with high-end clients

*

Handling administrative duties, including stock management and showroom maintenance

*

Coordinating with the Showroom Manager to implement strategies for business growth

Skills & Experience

*

Previous experience in a luxury showroom or retail environment (preferred)

*

Strong leadership and team management skills

*

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

*

A keen eye for design and detail

*

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

*

Self-motivated with a passion for luxury interiors

*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is advantageous
