Job Title: Pest Control Surveyor

Location: Across the M25 Area
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Benefits: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, company car, NEST pension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Qualifications and Skills:

BPCA Level 2 certification.
Proven experience in pest control.
Valid full UK driving license.
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your daily schedule.
Comfortable with local travel within London (no long-distance travel required).

Key Responsibilities:

Site Surveys: Conduct property inspections to assess pest infestations and determine their causes.
Problem Solving: Develop effective solutions and prevention strategies for pest issues.
Customer Service: Offer expert guidance to clients on preventing future infestations.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of treatments, site visits, and recommendations.
Safety: Ensure all pest control treatments are conducted safely, utilizing and maintaining necessary safety equipment.
Stock Management: Manage inventory of pesticides and equipment, maintaining secure and up-to-date records
