We are recruiting for a regional plumbing and heating contractor who specialise in the installation and maintenance of commercial and domestic heating plant and pipework and associated mechanical services.

Further training is available for your commercial ACS (gas qualifications).

The Role:
You will be responsible for maintenance of domestic and commercial heating plant and associated plumbing for commercial and public sector clients in Humberside and North Lincolnshire.

Duties will include:

* Breakdown repair of commercial boilers

* Servicing commercial boilers

* Installation/alteration of pipework

* Various plumbing repairs, installation

* Boiler room refurbishments

* Replacement of pump sets

The Person:
We will consider anyone with experience in commercial plumbing or domestic heating plant who is looking to be trained and gain their commercial gas qualifications.

The Rate:
Basic salary between £40k - £42k depending on your level of experience + £3k yearly bonus paid in 2x 6 months increments,.
