We’re supporting our client, a leading global manufacturing and engineering company based in Doncaster, who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their growing team. The successful Marketing Manager will have experience of conducting comprehensive market research, analysing market data, monitoring industry developments and overseeing the development and implementation of brand strategies.

Position Overview: As a Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives within a multinational manufacturing organisation. Your primary focus will be on leveraging market research, brand management, and digital marketing strategies to enhance the company’s market presence, engage target customers and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities for Marketing Manager:

* Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

* Analysis market data and generate actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.

* Monitor industry developments and report on market conditions, opportunities and threats.

* Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to effectively target key demographics and industries.

* Identify and profile target customers, including their buying behaviours, preferences and pain points.

* Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with customer needs and business goals.

* Oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies to ensure consistency and alignment with organisational objectives.

* Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.

* Ensure brand integrity and coherence in all marketing materials and communications.

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including website management, social media, SEO, and email outreach.

* Optimise the company’s online presence through effective SEO practices and content management.

* Manage and grow social media channels, creating engaging content and analysing performance metrics.

* Implement and oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring target outreach and effective communication with prospects and customers.

* Plan and execute promotional campaigns and advertising strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

* Coordinate with external agencies and partners to create and deliver impactful advertising materials and campaigns.

* Measure and analyse the effectiveness of promotional activities and advertising spend, adjusting strategies as needed to maximise ROI.
