The Role:

As the cleaning operative you'll report to the General Manager and will be primarily responsible to provide a cleaning service that meets our contractual comitments to include but not limited to tasks as vacuuming, dusting, polishing of surfaces.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- work according to legislative regulations i.e ensuring the correct use of colour coded equipment.
- provide a cleaning service that delivers to our contractual requirments.
- ensure a high quality service is provided to the building users
- ensure that all duties are completed in the time provided to a high standard.

The standard working days for this position are 5 days a week, 7.5 hours a day.

The Candidate:
To be considered for the Cleaning Operative role you'll need to be able to demonstrate working as part of a team in a fast pace environment.

In addition, you'll need the following:
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Consistently punctual for all scheduled shifts

The ideal person for the role will be the following:
- Able to work as part of a team
- Reliable and flexible

Please note that Enhanced DBS is required for this role.

The Package:
Basic salary:  Up to £12.00 per hour
Overtime:  Up to £100 per annum
