We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and nurturing educational environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students with SEN/SEMH and will be committed to creating an inclusive and empowering learning experience for all.

Responsibillites:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN/SEMH, ensuring their individual needs are met in the classroom setting
- Collaborate with teachers to implement personalized learning plans and behavior management strategies for students with SEN
- Create a safe and supportive environment for students, promoting social and emotional well-being
- Communicate effectively with parents and other professionals involved in the students' care to ensure a holistic approach to their education and well-being

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD and/or ADHD is essential
- Strong understanding of SEN support strategies and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
- Relevant certifications or training in the field of Special Educational Needs is desirable

Day-to-day:
- Provide individualized support to students during lessons, ensuring they are able to engage and participate fully
- Collaborate with teachers to facilitate the inclusion of students in all aspects of school life
- Monitor and record student progress, and contribute to the review and development of their individual support plans
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting respect and understanding among all students
