Recruitment Consultant - Permanent role - Portsmouth Based.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing full lifecycle recruitment including business development and ensuring effective recruitment processes.
You will be working in either the commercial, Industrial, IT or Finance sector working within the permanent and temporary's sector.
The duties of this role are :
• Business development - prospect and existing business
• booking and attending client meetings
• Candidate generation
• Negotiating terms of business with new and existing clients
• Account management with existing clients
• Manage the whole advertisement process from placing, screening and interviewing
• Using various online job boards you will Source and screen candidates and write and place adverts
• Update candidate information and activity on the CRM
Who we are looking for :
• You will have a minimum of 1 year agency recruitment experience
• Confident making sales calls
• Strong face to face skills
• Well presented
• Strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and Enthusiastic
• Tenacious
• Great personality
• Must have a full clean driving licence and own vehicle
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
