What You'll Be Doing:
Ensuring the construction team achieves best value while meeting commercial targets.
Managing contractual processes and ensuring compliance with commercial governance.
Preparing monthly valuations, progress reports, and cost forecasts.
Negotiating and producing contracts to secure the best terms.
Evaluating project payment applications and verifying subcontractor claims.
Managing purchasing of compliant materials and liaising with site teams for timely deliveries.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
✔ Chartered or working towards Chartership.
✔ 5+ years' experience in a QS role on large projects.
✔ Experience with NEC & FIDIC contracts.
✔ Nuclear experience preferred (but not essential).
✔ CSCS MAPS H&S Test.
✔ Must be a UK national with a British passport (due to security clearance requirements).
