Speech and Language Therapist

* £32,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on NHS Band Scales/experience

We are working in partnership with a beautiful special school in Kingston Upon Thames, South West London, focusing on staff and pupil well-being as a top priority. The school provides a safe, calm, and creative learning environment for pupils with Speech and Language Communication Needs (SLCN), Autism/ASC/ASD and other additional needs and associated learning difficulties.

About the Speech and Language Therapist role:

* Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT)

* A prestigious all-through SEN school located in Kingston

* Working with children and young people with Autism/ASC/ASD, Speech and Language Communication Needs (SLCN), and associated learning difficulties; some pupils have additional needs such as Dyslexia and ADHD

Speech and Language Therapist's Requirements:

* Must be HCPC registered or currently in process

* Has a degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent

* Has experience working with children and young people with special needs, particularly with Autism/ASC/ASD and associated learning difficulties

* Has personal interests in supporting children and young people with special needs

* A positive, proactive, and patient individual who has the ability to build good working relationships with children, teachers, parents, and carers

* A team player and has great communication skills
