Office Administrator
Salary: £25,000 plus Veolia benefits and pension
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday (hours to be agreed)
Location: Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, SL9 8TE

What will you be doing?
Carry out visitor and contractor inductions and completion of records as per company policies/procedures
Deal with all customer/contract queries either by phone, email or in person politely and promptly.
Carry out financial administration, raising and reconciliation of PO numbers as per company policies/procedures
Book meetings and take meeting minutes, completing accurately and send to all relevant parties
General Filing
Raising requisitions
Invoice matching
PPE management
What are we looking for?
Strong & proven background in an administrative role
High standards of IT skills and literacy
Good communication & negotiating skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft/Google packages.
Ability to work to strict time control constraints
Experience in a busy environment (desirable)
