Laempe Machine Operator

Shifts Available:

Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM (4 nights per week)
Monday to Friday, 5:00AM – 4:00PM (5 days per week)

We are seeking an experienced Laempe Machine Operator to join our client’s manufacturing team in Stourbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-established foundry, operating specialist machinery to produce high-quality sand cores for the casting process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operating and setting Laempe core-making machines efficiently and safely.

· Ensuring all cores meet required quality and dimensional standards.

· Carrying out regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting issues.

· Following strict health & safety guidelines and maintaining a clean working environment.

· Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

· Requirements:

· Previous experience operating Laempe or similar core-making machines is highly desirable.

· Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

· Good attention to detail and quality control skills.

· Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
